- Online booking will only confirm your slot for the ride and not the activity. Once you reach Thrill Factory, our staff will first check your physical, medical and mental condition before every ride.
- If in any case Thrill Factory does not allow you to experience any ride, then the ticket will be refunded to you on the same day.
- If in any case you cancel the ticket, the ticket amount will not be transferred or refunded to you.
- Any customer under the influence of any drugs, alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed to do any extreme adventure sports.

- Video charges are not included in these tickets, you need to pay separately after the ride for videos.
- Please follow the dress code and wear decent clothes and avoid flowy clothing such as skirts, crop tops, deep neck tops, etc.
- All the loose items will be removed by the staff before any ride, so it is advisable to come without them.
