- If in any case Thrill Factory does not allow you to experience any ride, then the ticket will be refunded to you on the same day.
- If in any case you cancel the ticket, the ticket amount will not be transferred or refunded to you.
- Any customer under the influence of any drugs, alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed to do any extreme adventure sports.

- Video charges are not included in these tickets, you need to pay separately after the ride for videos.
- Please follow the dress code and wear decent clothes and avoid flowy clothing such as skirts, crop tops, deep neck tops, etc.
- All the loose items will be removed by the staff before any ride, so it is advisable to come without them.
